  4. Dried amla: amla can be consumed in this form Just after following a few steps. Descend and Chop amla into small pieces and add some salt and pepper To it. Fresh amla juice recipe :

Ingredients:-

  1. 5 plump Indian gooseberries (Amla)
  2. 2 tbsp honey
  3. 1/4 tsp salt
  4. 300 ml of chilled water

 

Method :

  • Chop amla into small pieces, without seed.
  • In a mixie jar, add some water with these amla pieces and make a paste.
  • Now dilute the paste with remaining water and Honey, stir well.
  • Server chilled.
